“Hideout in the town”
HOTEL KUMA was recently renovated from an old charming house to a modern style hotel, where you can experience the lifestyle and culture of the people in the town who have lived in Sakai for many years. This one-story Japanese house is divided into a "main wing" and a "remote wing" both measuring only 6 tatami mats. Both are porch facing and there is a cafe at the entrance where you can indulge in a delicious breakfast.
SAKAINOMA HOTEL NISHIKI
A modish Japanese traditional townhouse where you can experience the high quality of daily life. It is facing the road on which the tram runs. It is intentionally built away from the main road, creating the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
SAKAINOMA HOTEL HAMA
"Osaka foundry dealer’s fun mansion built in the early Showa era. "
Hamadera used to be the resort in Osaka and its beach was regarded as the best in the Orient. A foundry dealer built a mansion when he retired. The 4th generation owner and SAKAINOMA collaborated to renovate the mansion and turned it into an accommodation facility, while maintaining its genuine architectural value and atmosphere. We hope you relish the magical moments that this spacious and magnificent traditional mansion has to offer.
ADDRESS:Hamadera moto-Machi,Nishi-Ku,Sakai City

The city has an urban feel, with all the comforts that a city has to offer, such as convenient transportation, but if you explore the town a little further, you will see its culture and history. Especially when you experience the hospitality of the people who have preserved the culture over generations. Sakai will charm you.
